Sudevi Sundari

Sudevi Sundari has been a student of Yoga since 1992 with over 28 years of teaching experience. In 1998, she was initiated into the Brahma Madhva Gaudiya Sampradaya yoga lineage by her Guru HH Jayapataka Swami. She has studied many different styles of yoga and therapy from Satyananda, Yoga Hari, Kundalini and Transformational Yoga, making her teaching well rounded in all 8 limbs of Patanjali’s Yoga System. In 2013 she was awarded her Grand Master Hatha Yogini initiation and registered under Yoga Alliance International. She teaches 200hrs and 500hrs Certified Internationally Teacher’s Training Courses, that are available in Australia, Hong Kong, India and the UK.

Theo Pitsaras

Theo’s passion is to empower his students with yoga to improve their health & well-being. Australian born he moved to Hong Kong 10 years ago to pursue his career as an Airline Pilot. He quickly realised that Yoga improved sleep quality, reduced the effects of jet lag and assists in living a more balanced life.
He teaches his students Hatha Yoga in a traditional style trained by Sudevi. He introduces Pranayama (breathwork) to purify the energetic body, Asana (steady pose) to purify the physical body, Meditation to purify the mind, and Yoga Nidra leaving his students feeling calm, refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead. Athena Tong

Athena started her yogic journey initially as conditioning for ballet, but as she explored deeper, she realised that yoga goes far beyond movements on the mat, and addresses needs far beyond physical ones.
With her background as a movement and Pilates teacher, Athena’s classes emphasise on aligned and mindful movements, like a gentle massage on all planes of the body, in addition in incorporating Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and meditation to address other accumulated tensions in the body, mind and heart.

Leini Ireland

Leini resides in Hong Kong and has been practicing yoga for 15 years with a focus on mindfulness and meditation techniques. Karmen Cheung Yuen Tung

Karmen has a passion for wellness and her students’ well being. She worked as a Wellness Ambassador for Lane Crawford Joyce Group (LCJG). Her classes are clearly guided with easy to follow instructions and are taught in her native Cantonese, as well as English or Mandarin. She has a strong desire for knowledge and has to-date completed 750 hours of yoga training and continues to learn about yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, Qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), in order to develop a holistic approach to the true meaning of wellness. She’s also certified as an Ayurveda Specialist and MovNat (Natural Movement) trainer, a method that compliments the limitations of yoga asanas. Born and raised in Luxembourg, Mimi moved to Hong Kong 10 years ago in search for her asian roots and origins. Ever since, yoga has become a daily companion in her quest for union with the past, present and future. Today her teaching focuses on delivering a gentle & restorative approach to the practice of yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation and yoga nidra.
