Sudevi Sundari has been a student of Yoga since 1992 with over 28 years of teaching experience. In 1998, she was initiated into the Brahma Madhva Gaudiya Sampradaya yoga lineage by her Guru HH Jayapataka Swami. She has studied many different styles of yoga and therapy from Satyananda, Yoga Hari, Kundalini and Transformational Yoga, making her teaching well rounded in all 8 limbs of Patanjali’s Yoga System. In 2013 she was awarded her Grand Master Hatha Yogini initiation and registered under Yoga Alliance International. She teaches 200hrs and 500hrs Certified Internationally Teacher’s Training Courses, that are available in Australia, Hong Kong, India and the UK.

Theo’s passion is to empower his students with yoga to improve their health & well-being. Australian born he moved to Hong Kong 10 years ago to pursue his career as an Airline Pilot. Athena started her yogic journey initially as conditioning for ballet, but as she explored deeper, she realised that yoga goes far beyond movements on the mat, and addresses needs far beyond physical ones.
