Sudevi Sundari has been a student of Yoga since 1992 with over 20 years of teaching experience. In 1998, she was initiated into the Brahma Madhva Gaudiya Sampradaya yoga lineage by her Guru HH Jayapataka Swami. She has studied many different styles of yoga and therapy from Satyananda, Yoga Hari, Kundalini and Transformational Yoga, making her teaching well rounded in all 8 limbs of Patanjali’s Yoga System. In 2013 she was awarded her Grand Master Hatha Yogini initiation and registered under Yoga Alliance International. She teaches 200hrs and 500hrs Certified Internationally Teacher’s Training Courses, that are available in Australia, Hong Kong, India and the UK.
Originally from Australia, Elise’s passion for dance/movement led her to become a trained professional dancer. Yoga has not only helped Elise heal her physical body but also coming to understand it is a complete practice for ‘whole’ self. She believes it is a tool for healing and living a healthy life. Currently residing in Hong Kong, Elise takes a well rounded approach to her classes assisting students in healing, balance and expansion of ‘whole’ self on and off the mat.

Karmen has a passion for wellness and her students’ well being. She worked as a Wellness Ambassador for Lane Crawford Joyce Group (LCJG). Her classes are clearly guided with easy to follow instructions and are taught in her native Cantonese, as well as English or Mandarin. She has a strong desire for knowledge and has to-date completed 750 hours of yoga training and continues to learn about yoga, Ayurveda, Reiki, Qigong, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), in order to develop a holistic approach to the true meaning of wellness. She’s also certified as an Ayurveda Specialist and MovNat (Natural Movement) trainer, a method that compliments the limitations of yoga asanas. Presently, she hosts a radio show, Yoga Beat, for Billboard Radio China.
Her classes focus on balancing rigorous and restorative elements – following the traditions of Hatha yoga. She sequences differently for all students to suit their unique needs.
Leini resides in Hong Kong and has been practicing yoga for 15 years with a focus on mindfulness and meditation techniques. She is interested in working with corporates and specializes in yoga within the workplace bringing focus, peace and awareness to the working day and beyond.
Michael has been practicing yoga since 2011 and decided to pursue a teaching certification in 2014. Residing in Hong Kong, he hosts regular Acroyoga jams and will begin teaching a weekly Paramgati class in the fall of 2015. Michael’s practice focuses on connection with the Self while on the mat, delivering a holistic practice that leaves students feeling grounded and alive.
For both beginners and regular students of Yoga, Mina offers Holistic Hatha classes, in which she teaches a combination of breathing, warm ups, stretching, balancing, focusing and inner reflection, touching on the 8 Limbs of Yoga, to help all achieve the optimum feeling of wellbeing.
